Research professionals are invited to submit proposals for topics for the 2006 CMOR Respondent Cooperation Workshop. This Workshop will focuson improving respondent cooperation across all survey methodologies, including:
- Internet panels
- Focus group recruitment

This Workshop will also concentrate on increasing respondent cooperation in the following industries:

One special focus of this Workshop will address improving cooperation among difficult-to-survey groups, such as children, teenagers, young adults 18-34, minorities and the elderly. If your organization is involved in surveys with any of these groups, you are eagerly invited to propose a presentation topic.
Proposal Topics
Topics can be proposed for either:
- Presentations at General Sessions of the whole conference. These 20-30 minute speeches will be delivered via PowerPoint to the entire conference. There will then be time for 10-15 minutes of questions and follow-up.
or
- Leadership of Breakout Sessions on specific topics concerning a particular methodology (for example, Internet panels). Breakout session leaders will propose the topic to the agenda committee. These same session leaders will first start the session off with some general information from their own experience (10 minutes), then lead the brainstorming or discussion on that subject for 30 minutes.
If you are involved in improving respondent cooperation efforts (development of procedures, tests in the effort to improve survey or recruitment cooperation, success or failure stories), CMOR would like to receive your proposal to speak at the General or Breakout sessions.
